Advance Newhouse Star Teacher Awards

Advance Newhouse will select 10 outstanding teachers and/or teacher teams from across its cable access areas to be recognized for the Advance Newhouse Star Teacher Awards. These teachers have effectively incorporated educational television programming into their curricula for the benefit of their students.

Teachers with winning entries receive a $1,000 cash grant and will be honored at an awards ceremony in Washington D.C.
